EICA High School Enrollment Agreement

Your total price includes tuition, registration, lessons, course materials, educational services, and instruction.

I. Admissions

Minimum Admissions Requirements: Candidates must be at least 14 years of age and provide proof of promotion to the 9th grade. Students under age 15 must be enrolled by a parent or guardian. Homeschooled students must provide a portfolio. For proof of age, education, and transfer credit evaluation, official transcripts or a portfolio should be sent to EICA Registrar, 900 West 49th Street, Suite 562, Hialeah, FL 33012.

III. Tuition, Fees and Payments

The EICA High School diploma program consists of a series of courses totaling 24 credits. The total price stated above is for the full diploma program and includes registration and application fees. Accepted transfer credits may reduce tuition. Credits with a grade of D are not transferred.

Registration fees are non-refundable. Tuition is non-refundable after three (3) calendar days following the date of enrollment.

If a monthly payment is more than 10 days late, a $35 late fee may apply. Returned payments may result in additional fees and overdue balances may lead to termination of enrollment, subject to the institution's refund policy.

IV. Graduation

The EICA High School diploma program can be completed in as few as 24 months. Transfer credits may reduce completion time to as little as six (6) months. Students have a maximum of two (2) years to complete the program and may request up to two (2) six-month extensions at $95.00 each.

Upon meeting graduation requirements, students will be awarded a high school diploma. No guarantee is made regarding college admission or job placement.

V. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Students may cancel or withdraw in any manner, but written notice is recommended.

The registration fee is a one-time charge of $125.00 and is not refundable. Any remaining balance is due within 30 days of cancellation.

VI. Signature and Acknowledgment

By continuing, I acknowledge that I have reviewed and understand the terms of this Enrollment Agreement, the institutional catalog, tuition and refund policy, and the collection policy. I also understand that I am responsible for the prompt and full payment of tuition and fees.
